We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team and ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation of our properties (apartments). As a cleaner, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive guest experience by maintaining a spotless and inviting environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will be instrumental in earning high guest ratings and reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed. Ensure all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are sanitized and free from dust, dirt, and grime.
• Linen and Towel Care: Manage and replace bed linens, towels, and other guest supplies. Ensure these items are clean, well-maintained, and presented neatly in each room. Take out stains and make sure to report when the towels are no longer usable.
• Reporting/Restocking Supplies: Report and replenish essential amenities such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, and kitchen essentials to ensure a seamless guest experience (not limited to all that is mentioned above).
• Cleaning Materials and Equipment: Use approved cleaning products and equipment provided by the company, store cleaning supplies and equipment in designated areas, ensuring they are locked when not in use.
• Maintenance Checks: Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the property manager or owner for immediate resolution.
• Communication: Maintain open and clear communication using Breezeway, WhatsApp and or Slack with the property manager, owner, or other team members regarding property condition, supplies, and any guest feedback.
• Laundry: Manage on-site laundry facilities, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
• Trash Disposal: Take care of trash disposal for units, tasks include but not limited to putting trash outside for trash pickup, throw trash in the trash disposal area if needed.
• Adherence to Guidelines: Follow established all cleaning policies and safety protocols, including COVID-19 safety measures, to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.

Other things to note:

• There’s no shortage of tasks. There will be days where the main tasks after cleaning will be to pick up supplies or wash and fold laundry (all will be paid for).
• This position offers flexible part-time hours with the potential to transition into a full-time role. We understand the importance of work-life balance and will work with you to create a schedule that suits your needs whenever possible.
• With consistent positive feedback and performance, we do have opportunities for growth. As we grow, a position for cleaner and concierge manager will open with more responsibilities and higher pay.
